Fifteen years ago, we started our company because we felt that the pest control companies and exterminators that we hired to remedy our problems didn’t care about us.  They showed up late, spray some chemicals to go through the motions over and over again and charge a fortune which in the end, did not get the job done. There was absolutely no professionalism with all the exterminators that we hired, and for the most part there was an overall lack of interest in the what they were doing, how they should be helping families and communities and in the skill set necessary to get a pest control job done correctly. Their goal was not to provide a great service and experience but to just get in and out and collect their payment. 

Running an exterminator service and maintenance company is not about spraying pesticides all over peoples homes and businesses.  It’s about staying up to date with the latest technologies and understanding what is required of each type of household pest so that each one can be handled effectively, which is why treatments can very as much as they do.  Bed bugs behave differently and present a completely different set of problems than a bad roach infestation.  The treatments are dramatically different.

​Helping and guiding our customers how to prevent a re-infestation is also a significant part of a good pest control service’s day to day tasks.   While it may serve us well in the short term for our clients to have a problem come back a few months later, it does not do us any good in the long term.  We want our customers to not just be relieved that their roach or ant infestation is gone, but thrilled with the quality and care of the service that they received to solve that problem.  Only then will they tell their friends who to call when they need a fantastic exterminator.
